The famous Boca de Inferno and Santa Marta Lighthouse are situated on the picturesque rocky coast on the other side of one way road. A bridge crosses the beautiful cove that leads to the Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum, the Cascais Cultural Centre and the Marina, which is bordered by the Marechal Carmona Park. A few minutes up the Estrada de Guincho, you can find the Casa de Guia, an old mansion perched on the cliffs, renovated into a business hub of boutique shops and an eclectic choice of restaurants. Slightly further down the road, you find a string of exceptional seafood restaurants and the Quinta Marinha estate, with the Oitavos golf course and an international equestrian centre.
This path also stretches all along the coast to Lisbon, providing an excellent opportunity to exercise safely whilst appreciating the Portuguese Riviera. The main entrance to the house is reached by ornate stone stairs that centres on the beautifully symmetrical front façade. The ground floor entrance leads into a beautiful wood panelled entrance hall with doors leading off to a spacious, well equipped kitchen and a large living and dining room. An incredible terrace wraps around the living areas, providing covered shade beneath a beautiful colonnade and sun drenched areas beyond, perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the unspoilt sea views.
The attic has been converted to a further en suite bedroom. The basement of the house is comprised of the garage and a very spacious staff quarters. A swimming pool set in the well manicured garden completes this wonderful Villa, promising a truly unique stay in Cascais on the Portuguese Riviera.
