Lara’s professional journey includes significant experience as a Reservation Agent across a variety of hotels and hotel groups in Portugal. In her time at Hotel Cascais Miragem and Altis Group Hotels in Lisbon she excelled in managing reservations, negotiating terms, and providing top tier customer service in high pressure environments. Her role extended to handling emergency situations and coordinating events, demonstrating her proficiency in communication and organisational skills across different hospitality settings.
Beyond her career, Lara is passionate about the arts, particularly music, composition, and creative writing. Her literary skills were recognised early on when she became the youngest finalist in the Portugal Poetry Slam at 18 and published poems with Chiado Editora.
Lara aspires to integrate her psychological insights into her customer service expertise to innovate and lead as a PA to Wanda at CadenzaLux.
