THE PROPERTY
The villa has a nice countryside feel to it that will create the feeling of being on holiday you are seeking. Overlooking some of Comporta’s rice fields, the house boasts many outdoor areas for you and your guests to enjoy, including a deliciously inviting pool with smart wooden flooring around its edge. The house has a veranda around it, offering plenty of shade at all hours of the day, and beneath this are seating areas, a hammock and outdoor sunbeds. The main dining table is also situated here, but partly set behind some glass, meaning it can be used all year round and that the wonderful views can always be enjoyed.
The main living room features décor from all over the globe, with an Aztec-style rug in blues, Morrocan-type poofs and a distressed aquamarine wardrobe. These leads open plan onto the dining table, which is also shabby chic style. The feeling of the house is at once homely and exotic, with splashes of colour everyweher. An indoor fireplace and television also feature in the living toom. The four bedrooms are done up similarly if a little less vibrant, with white bed throws and hard marble flooring. The bathrooms are modern and sleek, with huge overhead showers and traditional tiling around the sink mirrors. Outdoors, there is an outhouse with an extra bedroom, mini kitchen and bathroom.
The mini kitchen features a green fridge and large window overlooking one of the covered seating areas outside, and the bathroom is modern and spacious with both a bath and a separate shower.
