THE PROPERTY
Occasional splashes of colour add to its charm, and bare wooden floors, multi-coloured bookshelves, and plush velvet chairs all feature. Multiple hanging lights extend from the ceiling in the sitting / dining area, with book-shaped light shades in keeping with the villa’s name. A sleek breakfast bar feeds onto the main kitchen, with a large rectangular window for you to receive your food through. 2 to 3 staff are included with the rental, available to work up to 8 hours per day to make your life completely hassle free. These lovely staff are experts at cooking, cleaning and linen changing, and will be on hand to help with a smile on their faces. The house is 100% staffed which means that you will have the luxury of not having to step foot in the kitchen once.
This also means that you can focus on relaxing and don’t have to worry about a thing, with it being cleaned once a day and all meals prepared for you by our amazing in-house chefs. As well as the 8 bedrooms, there is a dining / living room area, a drawing room that is ideal for settling into a book in, and a snooker room with a piano; it’s safe to say that you and your guests will not get bored when staying at the Floating Book Villa. The pool is one of the villa’s most enticing features, with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean and modern flood lighting to create an amazing mood for the evening.
The amazing Guincho Beach is just a 4 minute drive from the house.
