THE PROPERTY
The house has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people. It has 3 levels, with the main entrance on the ground floor, a lower ground floor and a first floor. The house is centrally heated, with each floor having its own temperature thermostat control. All rooms have fly/ mosquito screens to let the cool breeze in during the evenings. The formal living room has two 2-seater sofas facing each other. The informal living area has a U-shaped sofa, which seats around 10 people. It has a 65-inch Samsung Smart Led TV, with Harman Kardon soundbar/subwoofer. The TV has direct access to Netflix, YouTube and others. You can also connect your own laptop through Bluetooth. The library has a 2-seater sofa, large bookcase and a work area with desk and printer. The dining room features an extendable dining table and can seat 12 people comfortably. There is also a bedroom on this level, making it perfect for guests with mobility issues. This bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) with ensuite bathroom.
Our bedlinen is 400 threadcount Egyptian cotton and our towels are 650 gms. All curtains have blackout lining to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The main kitchen has a central cooking island with an induction stovetop. It also has double door American-style fridge with filtered drinking water and built-in ice-maker, an oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The laundry room is equipped with 2 washing machines (17 and 12kg capacity), tumble dryer and linen and towel storage cabinet. The property is also able to arrange events and activities such as weddings, seminars, corporate events, cooking lessons, on-and off-road cycling trips, golf lessons and others.
