Marta Morgado

Marta, a team member of CadenzaLux’s Vacation Rentals Reservation & Revenue division, has an extensive background in guest relations and operations within international luxury chains. She has been in the hospitality business for the last 10 years, with experience across Portuguese, International 5 Star Hotels and independent Luxury hotels. Prior to that she gained her degree and postgraduate diploma in Hospitality management. She is a strong communicator and loves making people feel seen, heard and supported.

When Marta is not working, she likes to explore the far flung corners of the world with her family and friends, opening her eyes to difficult cultures and aesthetics. Always chasing waves around Portugal she is a keen surfer who loves the complexity of the ocean.
